Beth Fletcher is an award winning Director and Filmmaker currently based in New York City. Her work has been featured at festivals like TIFF, RiverRun, FilmQuest, and distributed on platforms like Alter, Short of the Week and Girls in Film. Beth has twice been a Sundance Horizon Award Semi-Finalist as well as a Finalist at Series Fest’s Women in Film Initiative.
Her most recent film, MICROSHORT (2024), received support from the Future of Film is Female, Panavision’s New Filmmaker Grant, and the Roy W. Dean Foundation as well as screened at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC and chosen for a Best of Fest international tour with the Final Girls Berlin Festival. With a uniquely whimsical visual style, she tells stories that are genuine and relatable, framing everyday scenarios through a fantastical lens.
